To create your online account and manage your Wash Club membership, you’ll need to enter your email address and create a password.
Be sure to have the correct license plate number (including the state) for the vehicle on the membership, as well as the credit card used to purchase it.
To complete your account setup, if the information you enter matches our records, you’ll receive a verification email. Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder, and follow the instructions in the email to complete your account setup.
To create your online account to mange your membership, please have the following information ready:
1. License Plate Number
• Be sure you know the full license plate numbers of the vehicle associated with your membership.
• Enter the license plate exactly as it appears, using only letters and numbers — no dashes, spaces, or special characters.
Note: For vanity plates, please enter the first 4 characters, do not include the stacked characters. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us for help.
2. Last Four Digits of Credit Card
• Have the credit card used to purchase the membership on hand.
• You will be asked to enter the last four digits of this card to help verify your account.
